We first fell in love with this breed, as do most people, after seeing the film "Turner & Hooch", and the first time we laid eyes on this magnificent breed was at the Discover dogs stands in Crufts when Alan Bates (Brandoux) had the honour of representing the breed that year for the KC.
They were even more impressive "in the flesh" and after talking to Alan Bates and his family about their temperament etc. and all the pro's and con's of owning a dogue, the idea was born that one day we would own one to compliment our boxers.
After more research and web site visits we decided it is only now that we felt ready to own a Dogue.
"Blodwen" comes to us with very special thanks to Alan & Mandy Davies of Anneddwen Bordeaux Kennels, 
She has such a wonderful temperament, is superb with the Children and is a absolute joy to own.
